Denhams Beach is a small, mostly residential pocket with a mix of older single-storey homes and a run of newer and renovated places closer to the beach. Blocks are modest, houses sit close together, and quite a few have had a second storey or a deck added at some point, which means two different ages of substrate on the one wall.
